Job Description: As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and execution of innovative product strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver customer-focused solutions that align with Walmart's goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other business units to launch new products and features.
• Analyze and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
• Prioritize product features and requirements based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Continuously assess customer feedback and market dynamics to iterate on product features.
• Ensure effective communication of product progress and updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
