Title: ServiceNow Developer

Duration: FTE/ Contract

Location: Bengaluru


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle for the system, driving process optimization and automation across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM).
  • Work with onsite team and interact with stakeholders across various business departments (e.g.,
  • Operations, Finance, Infrastructure) to understand requirements and develop them into technical solutions.
  • Articulate the solution design and configure ServiceNow workflows and automation to optimize ticketing processes and improve user experience.
  • Work on ServiceNow governance policies and standards specific to the project system.
  • Analyze ServiceNow data and reports to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Stay current on emerging ServiceNow technologies and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues within the ServiceNow platform.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in ITSM principles and best practices. 5-7 years of experience on ServiceNow.
  • Strong multi-project experience of ServiceNow implementation including integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethics, self-driven, result oriented, and team player.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript and Python (preferred).
  • Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
