Title: ServiceNow Developer
Duration: FTE/ Contract
Location: Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle for the system, driving process optimization and automation across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM).
- Work with onsite team and interact with stakeholders across various business departments (e.g.,
- Operations, Finance, Infrastructure) to understand requirements and develop them into technical solutions.
- Articulate the solution design and configure ServiceNow workflows and automation to optimize ticketing processes and improve user experience.
- Work on ServiceNow governance policies and standards specific to the project system.
- Analyze ServiceNow data and reports to identify opportunities for improvements
- Stay current on emerging ServiceNow technologies and best practices.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in ITSM principles and best practices. 5-7 years of experience on ServiceNow.
- Strong multi-project experience of ServiceNow implementation including integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
- Demonstrated strong work ethics, self-driven, result oriented, and team player.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript and Python (preferred).
- Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
