- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical business processes and assess potential risks.
- Develop robust Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies to ensure business operations can continue during unforeseen events.
- Conduct Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA) to understand potential disruptions and develop tailored BCM strategies.
- Deliver BCM training to internal stakeholders, ensuring preparedness for business disruptions.
- Provide consultancy services to clients on improving their BCM frameworks.
