Job Description:
You will be responsible for building customized reports, managing data flows, and providing strategic recommendations using on Salesforce data. Your work will have a direct impact on improving the decision-making capabilities of sales teams, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards on Saleforce CRM Analytics (formerly as Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics) that provide real-time insights for sales representatives.
Leverage Revenue Intelligence tools, including Einstein Forecasting, Einstein Activity Capture, CRM Analytics, and other AI-driven features, to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights.
Utilize Revenue Intelligence to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and identify key performance drivers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to understand business needs and create impactful analytics solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems and dashboards.
Provide training and support to stakeholders on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics) and Revenue Intelligence.
Proven ability to build and manage complex dashboards and reports tailored for sales teams.
Experience with Revenue Intelligence tools including Einstein Forecasting, Einstein Activity Capture, and CRM Analytics, with a deep understanding of how these tools enhance forecasting and customer engagement.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce-native tools like Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
